2. Nature of the Service
Stockhunt Inc provides stock prediction, market analytics, and financial modeling tools based on large language models (LLMs). The platform offers impersonal, general information for educational and informational purposes only. Stockhunt Inc is not a registered investment adviser and does not provide personalized investment, tax, or legal advice.
3. Registration and Account
To access certain features, you may be required to register an account. You agree to:

- Notify us immediately of unauthorized use of your account
You are solely responsible for all activities under your account.

- All payments are non-refundable, except as required by law
- You are responsible for any applicable taxes
We may change pricing at any time with notice. Subscription plans can be cancelled from your account dashboard.
6. Intellectual Property
All content, algorithms, code, models, design, and materials available through Stockhunt Inc are the exclusive property of Stockhunt Inc, or its licensors. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the Services for personal or internal business use only. You may not:
- Reproduce, modify, publish, or create derivative works from our content
- Use our trademarks, branding, or logos without permission
7. No Investment Advice or Fiduciary Relationship
Stockhunt Inc operates under the “publisher exemption” from investment adviser registration under the U.S. Securities and Exchange Commission (SEC). We provide impersonal, general information and do not engage in personalized investment advice, portfolio management, or fiduciary duties. All decisions made based on our content are at your own risk.

Our Services are provided “as is” and “as available,” without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee:

9. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Stockhunt Inc, its affiliates, officers, directors, employees, and agents will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages, including lost profits, lost data, or business interruption arising from:

Our total liability will not exceed the amount paid by you (if any) in the last 3 months for the Services.

- Your right to use the Services ends immediately
- Any outstanding payments become due
- Certain sections (e.g., Disclaimers, Limitation of Liability) will survive termination
12. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Delaware, without regard to conflict of law provisions. Any disputes arising from these Terms or use of the Services shall be resolved by:
- Binding arbitration in the State of Delaware, in accordance with the rules of the American Arbitration Association (AAA)
- You waive your right to a jury trial and to participate in class actions

We may update these Terms from time to time. When we do, we will revise the “Last Updated” date and notify you via email or in-app notification. Continued use of the Services after such updates constitutes your acceptance.
